Wabmate is a service operated by Infokey Technology Pvt. Ltd., Pitampura, New Delhi, Delhi 110034, India (the "Company", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the Wabmate service and the wabmate.com website. By registering for or using the service, you accept them on behalf of the business you represent.
Wabmate provides bulk messaging for businesses on the official WhatsApp Business API, and optionally RCS Business Messaging in Google Messages. The service is operated on infrastructure provided by our technology partner under agreement with us. Messages you submit are processed on that partner infrastructure and delivered through the respective network operator (Meta Platforms for WhatsApp, Google and its carrier partners for RCS).
Inbound messages and delivery events are made available to you through webhook callbacks to endpoints you configure. The panel also presents a chat log in which you can read and reply to a customer, and messages in that log remain visible for 24 hours before it clears. The service does not provide a persistent shared inbox, and it does not store a contact address book for your account. Recipient lists are uploaded per campaign.
The service is offered to businesses, not consumers. Every account is confirmed by us on a call before activation, and we may decline or discontinue an account at our discretion, including for the conduct described in section 6.
The platform fee is billed monthly in advance. Message credits are prepaid and are consumed at the per-message rate agreed for your account, which depends on your monthly volume and may be revised with notice. All fees are exclusive of GST, and 18% GST is added on top. Fees and unused credits are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Invoices are issued by Infokey Technology Pvt. Ltd..
You are responsible for the content of the messages you send and for having valid, documented consent (opt-in) from every recipient. You must honour opt-out requests. The service records opt-outs reported to it and makes them available to you in unsubscribe reporting.
Violations can lead to suspension without refund, and network operators may independently restrict or ban sender numbers. We are not responsible for enforcement actions taken by Meta or Google against your account or number.
The service depends on third-party networks and is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or of message delivery. Delivery is determined by the network operator and the recipient's device and settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the platform fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill.
You may stop using the service at any time, and your subscription ends at the close of the paid month. We may terminate for breach of these terms. On termination we deactivate your sending access, and data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
