Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Wabmate, operated by Infokey Technology Pvt. Ltd.. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Plans and payment
- The Free plan has no subscription fee.
- Lite, Pro and Max: in India, billed quarterly or annually. Everywhere else, monthly or annually. Plans are paid in advance.
- Full setup by our team is a one-time fee on Free and Lite (₹399 or $9.99, excl. taxes) and included on Pro and Max.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Partial periods aren’t refunded.
- You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
- Prices exclude taxes: 18% GST in India, local taxes elsewhere.
- Currency follows your billing country: INR only with an Indian billing address or GSTIN, USD for everyone else.
- Israel: we sell to businesses only. At checkout you give us your Israeli business number (ח.פ. or עוסק מורשה), and you account for VAT under reverse charge.
2. Free plan
- Includes 1 team member, up to 1,000 contacts and sending at up to 60 messages a minute.
- Meta business verification is required, and opt-in from every contact you message.
- Free accounts are archived after 60 days without sending.
3. Monthly message limits and network usage fee
- Each plan includes messages at Meta’s price every month: Free 1,000, Lite 25,000, Pro 100,000 and Max 300,000.
- Limits reset on the 1st of each month, in your account’s time zone.
- Each message above your monthly limit carries a network usage fee, set by your plan and billing currency (see the table). USD is charged per message.
- The fee is paid from your prepaid Wabmate wallet.
- If your wallet balance is too low, sends above your monthly limit pause until you top up.

4. WhatsApp charges
- Messages are charged at Meta’s rate, with no markup: through your Wabmate wallet, or billed directly by Meta. Your choice.
- Meta’s rates and policies apply and may change.
5. Your responsibilities
- Get consent (opt-in) before sending marketing messages, and honour opt-outs.
- Choose the correct template category (marketing, utility or authentication).
- Follow the law that applies to you and WhatsApp’s and Meta’s policies.
- Keep your login details safe.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms, the law or Meta’s policies.
6. Data and security
You control your customers’ data. We process it on your instructions. Passwords and sensitive data are stored encrypted, and messages are sent through Meta’s official Cloud API. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Your bots and data
Your contacts and bots are yours. Export them anytime, including chatbots as n8n workflows.
8. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service available, but parts of it depend on Meta and other providers. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
