The boring parts, handled.
A platform for sending campaigns at volume on two channels: WhatsApp, on the official WhatsApp Business API, and RCS, as a verified brand inside Google Messages. Each channel has its own panel and its own login.
The platform fee is quoted per account on both channels, and message credits are prepaid on top. Per-message rates are slab based: the rate steps down as your recharge grows. The current ladders are on the pricing page, and the calculator works out your message spend.
Every message type is priced per message, and the rate you pay depends on the size of your recharge. A bigger top-up moves you down the ladder on both WhatsApp and RCS. The full tables are on the pricing page, and the calculator works out your monthly number.
For WhatsApp you can start yourself: open the sign-in page and use the Facebook Sign up button to run Meta's embedded signup. For RCS, send your brand details through the fast-track form and we handle verification. You can also just ask us to call you.
Yes, for 24 hours. The panel keeps a chat log you can open to read what a customer sent and reply to them. After that the log clears, which also means their conversation does not sit on the platform. Inbound arrives on your webhook too, so keep your own record there if you need history. It is not a team inbox: there is no assignment, no labels and no search.
No. There is no address book, no groups and no segments. You upload an Excel or CSV with each campaign, so your list stays in your own files and there is nothing to migrate to get started.
Meta's Marketing Messages Lite API. It is a separate delivery path for marketing messages that generally improves delivery and lowers cost, and it is supported out of the box.
Yes, and we sell it on equal footing with WhatsApp. Wabmate RCS puts your verified brand name, logo, rich cards and buttons inside Google Messages, for Indian businesses. Setup and verification are handled for you, and it is live about a week after verification.
No annual contract. The platform fee is billed monthly and you can stop at the end of any paid month. Your reporting exports whenever you want it.
Yes. Every payment carries a GST invoice. All prices are exclusive of GST, and 18% is added on top.
About a week after brand verification. You send your organisation, brand and bot details through the fast-track form, we run the verification with the carrier, and your bot goes live once it clears.
Yes, and most volume senders do. Each channel has its own panel and login, and they are billed separately, since WhatsApp runs on Meta's rails and RCS on Google's. You deal with one supplier and one rate model across both.
Start WhatsApp yourself, or send your brand details for RCS.
